Payment Methods
Credit Card. Using the safe bank pass-through ServiRed.
Bizum. Using the safe bank pass-through ServiRed, there is no needed to introduce any bank details, it is only required to have a Bizum user in your Bank and you will be able to pay only by entering your cell phone number and code.
PayPal. Secure Paypal system, there is no needed to introduce any bank details, it is only required to have a PayPal account and you will be able to pay only by entering your e-mail and password.
Money Transfer. Only available for UE customers to Caixabank or Banco Sabadell.
The bank transfers from diferents banks can take up to 24h to be received. To speed up the processing, you can send us the payment receipt in PDF form by e-mail: comercial@brasilybelleza.com
Shipments are made once the payment is confirmed in the bank account.
Shipments Preparation
The delivery times starts counting from the payment confirmation. The orders confirmed before 1p.m. of each working day will be prepared and shipped at the same working day. After 1:01p.m. the order will be prepared at the next working day.
The shipments are done by an external transport agency. Brasil & Belleza selects the fastest delivery available for each location, but cannot guarantee that all delivery times will be accomplished, being an exceptional case.
Shipment Methods for Spain
All the prices displayed include the VAT. The orders are only delivered on working days.
Pick up the products in Brasil & Belleza.You can pick up your package at the store from 10a.m. to 13a.m. each working day, with a previous order placed.
Shipment to Spanish Peninsula 24-48h. The shipments are made with MRW and ASM 24h express service. Prices from 2,99€. Purchases over 39€ are free of shipment charge.
Shipment to Balearic Islands 3-5 days. The shipments are made by ASM express service. Prices from 14,99€. Purchases over 120€ are free of shipment charge.
Shipment to Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla 3-15 days. The shipments are made by the Correos Post Office. Prices from 8,99€. Purchases over 120€ are free of shipment charge.
The website will automatically discount the VAT in the invoice as long as the province of the delivery address is Las Palmas , Santa Cruz de Tenerife , Ceuta or Melilla . International Shipment Methods
All the prices displayed include the VAT. The orders are only delivered on working days.
Shipment to Portugal 4-5 days. The shipment will be made with ASM-GLS. Prices from 6,99€. Purchases over 90€ are free of shipment charge.
Shipments to EU Zone1 4-7 days. Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Belgium, Holland, United Kingdom, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Poland, Czech Republic, Liechtenstein and Luxembourg. The shipment will be made with ASM-GLS. Prices from 24,99€. Purchases over 500€ are free of shipment charge.
Shipments to EU Zone2 4-7 days. Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Romania, Serbia, Sweden, Switzerland. The shipment will be made with ASM-GLS. Prices from 42,99€. Purchases over 700€ are free of shipment charge.
Shipments to EU Zone3 5-15 days. For all other European countries. The shipments are made with ASM-GLS. Prices from 55,99€. Purchases over 1.500€ are free of shipment charge.
International Shipment 5-30 days. For all other countries. The shipments are made with ASM-GLS. Prices from 89,99€ (includes shipment costs of 35,01€ + 14,98€ of DUA Import fee). Purchases over 2.000€ are free of shipment charge.
